Case Study 1 - Commercial - Care Homes
Examples of homes catering for the over 50's, young adults and persons with disabilities. Two were built using a traditional brick and block construction and one using a structural timber frame. The later also incorporates many energy saving features to ensure compliance with modern Building Regulations.
